Guided tours of the city of Aosta

On Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m., discover the city of Aosta. It’s easy: book your visit and go on a two-hour tour at a special price.

The visit takes place with a minimum of 5 participants. Bookings must be made by 7 p.m. on the previous day at the Tourist Offices or via the Valle d’Aosta Events App.

The two-hour tour includes the main monuments and historical sites in the pedestrianised centre.

The tour starts from the clearly visible, easily identifiable totem figure, near Porta Pretoria. Visits are guaranteed in Italian and French.

Price: 10 euros for adults – 5 euros for ages 6 to 18.

The price does not include the entrance ticket to the sites: € 5.00 (special price for those accompanied by a tourist guide) – Reduced price for children: € 2.00.

In addition, every Sunday morning at 10 a.m., there is a guided tour of the city of Aosta organised by ADAVA, the Aosta Valley Hoteliers’ Association, in collaboration with some Aosta Valley tourist guides.

The two-hour tour includes the main monuments and historical sites in the pedestrianised centre.

The tour departs from Piazza Arco d’Augusto, with meet-up at the totem figure at the foot of the monumental plane tree.

Visits are guaranteed in Italian and French.

Taking part is very easy: there is no minimum number of participants and booking is not required. Just turn up at Piazza Arco d’Augusto a few minutes before 10 a.m., armed with a strong desire to discover the monuments of Aosta.

Price: 10 euros for adults – 5 euros for ages 6 to 18.

Reductions are available for those who have a voucher issued by ADAVA member hotels: 8 euros for adults and 4 euros for ages 6 to 18.
